Dustin Land

Dustin started his trials career in the early 1980’s riding a Monty trials bicycle, quickly grasping the required techniques that would carry over into the motorcycle world. He continued riding bicycle trials until 1991 when he began riding a 125 cc. motorcycle, quickly advancing through the Novice, Amateur and Intermediate classes. In 1992 GASGAS USA sponsored Dustin with a GT25 250 GASGAS carrying him to his first major win, (Intermediate class Quarry Cup winner). That year Dustin advanced through the Expert class to finish the year riding at the top local level, Master class. That same year Dustin contested the NATC High School Class in national competition, all within a year and a half of learning to ride a motorcycle! Dustin quit riding in 1993 to pursue other hobbies and didn’t resume his trials career until 2004. It didn’t take long for Dustin to pick up where he left off, returning to competition riding another GAS GAS USA sponsored TXT 280 Pro in the Master Class, achieving his first win in 2005. Dustin has been married to his wife Shawna for five years and has two children Dalton and Alyssa. Dalton at the tender age of 3 has already begun his trials career aboard an OSET electric trials bike and is looking forward to participating in local competitions with his Dad & Grandpa!
