Completing the North American leg of the 2022 FIM Hard Enduro World Championship with a highly encouraging result, GASGAS Factory Racing’s Taddy Blazusiak has placed an impressive fifth overall at Red Bull Outliers. Charging forwards from outside the top 10 early on, Taddy moved into fifth just before the halfway stage then maintained his strong pace to cross the finish line just over two minutes adrift of fourth. Nice work, Taddy!
Returning to racing action after injury with a solid 11th place finish at Red Bull TKO in Tennessee just two weeks ago, Taddy Blazusiak was fully focused on making further progress at round seven and that’s exactly what he did!
Able to adapt quickly to the dry and rugged terrain of Canada’s Badlands thanks to his vast experience, Taddy was on the gas from the moment the Main Event at Red Bull Outliers started. Putting in a hard charge across the technical terrain early on, Taddy advanced from 13th and into fifth as the race entered its second half.
Holding strong until the end and with his EC 300 never missing a beat, Taddy delivered what was undoubtedly a spirited, confidence-inspiring ride to secure his hard-fought fifth-place finish.
Michael Walkner, after missing Red Bull TKO through injury, was back in action in Canada and raced to a solid eighth-place finish.
The FIM Hard Enduro World Championship will now return to Europe for the season finale in Spain, the Hixpania Hard Enduro on October 7-9.
