STYLE

STYLE

GRAPHICS

Black graphic details bring a bold twist to the signature GASGAS red, with a clean white logo that pops right off the dark background. Other blacked-out parts like the seat cover, handlebar, and rims dial up the style to really set things off. Thanks to durable IML technology, the graphics are built into the bodywork to keep your GASGAS looking sharp, ride after ride.

BODYWORK

Proudly red, with sharp black details! Incredibly ergonomic with large contact surfaces to help you grip the bike with your legs, the smooth profile bodywork encourages riders to effortlessly move around on the bike and ride with a perfect technique. There's also a super grippy seat cover, now in black, to keep you sat exactly where you need to be when you get on the gas!

HANDLEBARS

Neken handlebars are now black and clamped into redesigned bar mounts (which are more resistant to twisting if you should hit the deck), with lock-on style, medium compound ODI grips fitted to create a comfy set-up to suit most riders. A new black and red bar pad adds style and safety.

AIRBOX

Less time working on bikes means more time riding bikes, which is precisely why you'll love the straightforward, no tools and no-nonsense filter mounting system. With a stronger one-piece design for the air intake, maximum airflow is guaranteed, and you know what that means... maximum power! Like before, accessing the air filter to inspect or replace it couldn't be easier. Simply pop the left side panel off and you'll be inside the airbox in no time.

FUEL TANK

Slim, transparent, and built to last - the fuel tank sits neatly inside the red bodywork and is held firmly in place by a robust rubber support that also protects the frame from wear. With an integrated fuel pump allowing the tank to be emptied further, long rides are no problem. And to keep things clean and reliable, a protective cap now shields the fuel connector from dirt and accidental damage.

FOOTPEGS

Bigger is better when it comes to footpegs. That's precisely why they not only have a larger surface area for maximum grip, but we've also made them less likely to catch on the edges of deep ruts, which mean no loss to forward momentum. The pegs are also light and prevent mud from building up. So, no matter how gnarly the track gets, you'll stay in complete control.

HANDLING

HANDLING

FRAME

The current frame hits the sweet spot between razor-sharp handling and just the right amount of flex. Lightweight motor mounts dial in the feel without messing with straight-line stability, and smart material tweaks, like a slimmed-down upper shock mount and reduced wall thickness up front, save 300g. Developed with the GASGAS Factory Racing crew, it's a setup that stays planted and lets you push harder in every turn with a big smile in your face.

SUBFRAME

The all-aluminium subframe is light, strong, and works as one with the mainframe by helping to centralizing mass and contributing massively to the bike's outstanding handling characteristics.

TRIPLE CLAMPS

Forged aluminum triple clamps offer just the right amount of calculated flex thanks to a more forgiving steering stem. The triple clamps align the fork tubes perfectly for a smooth action, which improves front wheel feedback and leads to predictable handling on any track and any terrain. The adjustable bar mounts with the slightly larger contact area against the handlebars reduce the chance of the bars twisting. A glass bead blasted finish means the triple clamps always look as good as new.

WP FORKS

Up front, WP XPLOR Open Cartridge forks take care of soaking up the bumps with ease. With model-specific internal settings and a split piston design, they deliver consistent damping and a smooth ride across all terrains. Compression is adjusted on the left fork leg, while rebound is dialed in on the right - both easily adjustable by hand. This setup ensures riders of all levels can fine-tune their suspension quickly and confidently.

WP SHOCK

At the rear, the WP XACT shock offers 300mm of travel and is paired with a linkage system designed for optimal traction and comfort in enduro riding. The shock features a dual compression control concept and a rebound adjuster that can be fine-tuned by hand or tool. A pressure-balanced design and low-friction seals ensure consistent damping and excellent energy absorption, even in the roughest conditions.

SWINGARM

Cast from one piece of aluminum, the swingarm on this GASGAS certainly looks the business! A strong chain slider ensures durability and keeps the chain running smooth for long time. At the rear of the swingarm you'll find a chain guide with a rounded profile to help it glide over the ground as you lay the bike over through deeply rutted turns. Finally, clear chain adjustment markings ensure quick and easy maintenance.

MOTOR

MOTOR

MOTOR

We don't want to brag, but everything about the EC 350F motor is pretty awesome! Designed to be fast, of course, it's also pretty low in weight. Inside, all major components are positioned to centralize mass. This helps with the overall handling of the bike so like we said, the motor is pretty awesome!

CYLINDER & PISTON

Engineered for performance, the cylinder and bridged-box-type CP piston combine to create impressive torque and peak power. And with both components professionally engineered from high strength aluminum, you can be assured that reliability is never in question.

CYLINDER HEAD

It's the magic that happens inside the DOHC cylinder head that guarantees the EC 350F produces high-revving power across its entire rev range. Large exhaust valves allow the motor to breathe easy while the finger followers are treated with a Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating for minimal friction. And minimal friction equates to maximum performance!

COUNTER BALANCER SHAFT

The EC 350F motor uses a compact, multifunctional counter balancer shaft to counteract the rotational force of the crankshaft. Reducing any unwanted vibrations, it also drives the water pump and timing chain.

TRANSMISSION

A wide ratio, 6-speed, enduro-specific transmission lets you attack the terrain and every obstacle with confidence. It's also smooth shifting and super durable, with every gear change positive in all conditions, thanks in part to the gear lever that's designed to prevent mud from building up around it.

CRANKSHAFT

Buried deep inside the EC 350F motor, the crankshaft is key to driving the extremely high-speed moving parts inside the engine, which in turn unleash the motor's unrivalled power. Additionally, thanks to an oil feed that ensures enhanced engine durability, the EC 350F offers long, 135-hour crankshaft service intervals.

CRANKCASE

Low in weight and super-strong, the crankcases have a thin-wall design that was made possible by using a high-pressure, die-cast production process. Within the crankcases, all moving parts are positioned to centralize mass, which plays a big role in making this bike a blast to ride!

EXHAUST SYSTEM

Delivering enduro specific power as well as being competition-compliant, all our exhausts are designed and built to meet FIM sound regulations! Our 4-stroke header pipes wrap tightly around the motor to keep them out of harms way and deliver the very best performance at the lowest possible weight. They're also made in two pieces, which means they can easily be removed without needing to take out the rear shock. At the rear, there's short and compact silencer made from aluminum with a raw finish because, lets face it, it's going to get scratched sooner or later!

DDS CLUTCH

Using a compact design to deliver better action and improved durability, the EC 350F features a Damped Diaphragm Steel (DDS) clutch together with a hydraulic BRAKTEC system. A single diaphragm steel pressure plate replaces traditional coil springs, while an integrated damping system boosts traction and longevity. An optimized oil feed system improves clutch cooling under load, reducing fade and keeping performance consistent - even on the toughest trails.

PARTS

PARTS

BRAKES

Fast is fun but quite often in enduro, you'll need to slow down in a real hurry! This is precisely why all GASGAS enduro bikes are fitted with the latest high quality BRAKTEC brake calipers and controls. With a 260mm disk up front and a 220mm disk at the rear, braking performance is seriously impressive, which inspires riders to push harder, ride faster, and brake later.

HYDRAULIC CLUTCH

When riding enduro, you know full well that you'll need consistent clutch performance, especially when working your way through the toughest of technical sections. So, it's for this very reason that all GASGAS enduro bikes are fitted with a quality BRAKTEC hydraulic clutch system. In addition to the lever being extremely light to pull in, which reduces fatigue, the free play of the system is also self-adjusting. This means the biting point from the moment you fire your GASGAS into life remains the same all day. Every day.

RADIATORS

A cool-running motor is a happy motor! That's why our GASGAS Enduro bikes feature a compact, efficient cooling system with aluminum radiators mounted close to the center of gravity for agile handling. The integrated design eliminates unnecessary hoses and keeps things slim. And when the going gets slow and technical, the radiator fan kicks in to keep temperatures in check - so you can stay focused on the ride, not the heat.

WHEELS

Built to take a beating, our wheels are ready to play rough. No matter how heavy the landing or how rough the track is, the black, CNC machined hubs, lightweight spokes, and high-strength rims deliver maximum strength for complete peace of mind.

TIRES

Grip you can trust! Fitted with a Maxxis MaxxEnduro up front and a Maxxis MaxxEnduro Soft at the rear, our enduro bikes are ready to rip across any terrain. The softer rear compound boosts traction when it counts, while both tires deliver the durability and performance you need to stay on the gas longer. Proven, reliable, and built for serious offroad fun.

ELECTRONICS

ELECTRONICS

ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS)

Small, light, and fast at processing data! The Engine Management System (EMS) is constantly measuring, calculating, and optimizing how the motor is running and adjusts accordingly, which means you can just focus on the trail ahead. After all, that's what enduro is all about, right? The EMS also allows for the bike to have two engine maps, Traction Control, and a Quickshifter. All of which can be engaged, or disengaged, from the handlebar-mounted Map Select Switch. Plus, as crashes are part and parcel of riding offroad, there's a new rollover sensor that stops the motor if the bike goes upside down, which in enduro can, and often does, happen!

LED LIGHT

By using LEDs to light the way, the headlight is almost three times brighter than a traditional bulb and is particularly effective when you're deep into dense woodland. And should either the mask or headlight get damaged, the two-piece design lets you replace only what's broken.

MAP SELECT SWITCH

Sometimes in enduro, you'll want a different style of power delivery, depending on the terrain or just because you like to set your bike up a certain way. Our redesigned Map Select Switch, available now from your local GASGAS dealer, makes that possible. Offering Traction Control for maximum grip on slippery terrain, there's also the Quickshifter that makes sure you never miss an all-important upshift. Plus, there're two maps to choose from. Map 1 is mellow, and Map 2 is more direct. The Map Select Switch is super easy to fit and really spices up enduro for riders of all abilities.

THROTTLE BODY

We use a 42mm Keihin unit on our 4-strokes enduro bikes. On the EC 350F, immediate throttle response is guaranteed due to the throttle cable being mounted directly without using a linkage. Additionally, the throttle body injector is positioned to deliver the most efficient flow into the combustion chamber, which ensures the very best performance.

OFFROAD CONTROL UNIT (OCU)

Simplifying everything electrical, the new Offroad Control Unit replaces all the old school relays and fuses. You'll find the OCU under the seat to keep it safe and sound and in the unlikely event that an electrical component on the bike registers a problem, a corresponding LED changes from green to red. This way, you can quickly diagnose the issue, get it sorted, then get back to riding!

ELECTRIC STARTER

To simplify starting and stopping, we've now put the buttons for each function into the same housing on the right-hand side of the bars. The starter motor itself is powered by a lightweight, Li-lon battery that fires this GASGAS into life as soon as you hit that start button. It's fast and reliable. Just what you want from an electric start, really.
