Our engineers have taken the incredible GASGAS MC 250F Factory Edition and made it even better for 2024! Now equipped with some game-changing tech and with a load of refined components, the performance of this bike is simply off the scale. A new Connectivity Unit means the bike’s power can be customized to suit individual riders, by using the easy-to-use GASGAS+ app on a phone. Pretty awesome right? Rounding out the build are new Dunlop MX34 tires, a smaller fuel tank, and of course, the latest Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GASGAS Factory Racing graphics!

This Factory Edition’s bodywork not only looks awesome, but it helps you to ride awesome too! A modern rider triangle makes your movement on the bike super easy and with plenty of touch points for gripping the bike with your legs, you’ll benefit from reduced fatigue, which means increased riding time. A larger rear fender keeps more mud at bay while the front fender blends nicely into the front number plate. Topping things off is a red tank cover and a new seat cover, which features additional ribs to keep you planted firmly in place as you get on the gas!


This bike just wouldn’t be a Factory Edition without the latest Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GASGAS Factory Racing graphics, would it? With an updated design for our 2024 models, the way in which the graphics are applied has also been refined. By using the latest in-mold application technology, the graphics now wrap around more of the bodywork to create a much bolder look.


A new, red and blue, full gripper seat cover matches the graphics perfectly and features additional ribs to keep you firmly in place when getting on the gas!


The redesigned Frame Protection Kit protects the frame and provides ample grip for your feet. Now made with a red base and a slightly raised black center section that features a grippy texture, the new frame protection kit is super effective when you’re out on track.

So much testing and development went into designing and building our frames last year, but that doesn’t mean our engineers haven’t worked on refining things even further! New, redesigned motor mounts, finished with a black anodizing for a true race team look, improve chassis flex while retaining the bike’s straight-line stability. Around the shock mounting area, new cut outs in the frame, together with a slightly thinner wall thickness at the front of the chassis, reduces overall weight. With all these revisions, the bike is now much more settled when entering corners.


Strong and light, the tried and tested aluminum subframe plays an important role in the outstanding handling of the MC 250F Factory Edition as its low weight helps with mass centralization.


Built for serious racers, the 48mm split design air forks do an incredible job of soaking up big bumps and jumps, which allows you to get on the gas, attack the track, and chase after those all-important race wins!


As good as it gets! Low in weight, the performance of the WP shock is next level. The linkage has been updated for 2024 with new seals to reduce friction while a smaller diameter bolt connecting the shock to the linkage is lighter than before. All of the shock settings remain adjustable by hand.


Just looking at our Factory Racing Triple Clamps will get you excited about hitting the track! As far as factory race team hardware goes, it doesn’t get much better than our red anodized CNC machined clamps. Allowing for two offset options for a super-personalized bike set-up – choose either 20mm or 22mm - they also allow for two mounting positions for the bars, which can then be either rubber-mounted for comfort or fixed for better front-end feedback.


Manufactured using a special casting process and designed to perfectly match the frame’s flex characteristics, the swingarm is super light. At the rear, the chain guide prevents mud build-up while its rounded design helps the bike glide through deep ruts if the tack gets gnarly!


Seriously great looking, great performing wheels! With CNC-machined, red anodized hubs, super-strong spokes, and D.I.D Dirt Star rims, the Factory Wheels not only look amazing, but are also built seriously tough. Red anodized spoke nipples are designed to reduce how often you need to check them, which means they’ll stay tighter, and fresher, for longer. And with Dunlop’s new GEOMAX MX34 tires fitted front and back, you’ll enjoy superior grip on all surfaces.

It’s all well and good having a super-fast dirt bike, but even the fastest riders need to slow down from time to time! This is why we’ve fitted a race-tested Semi-floating Front Disc up front, to ensure incredible stopping power and to make sure you hit your line through every corner. And for continued performance, it’s protected by a Factory Racing Brake Disc Guard made from lightweight and strong 2K carbon composite. At the rear, a new and stronger brake pedal improves durability while a Brembo caliper and a brake disc designed exclusively for GASGAS takes care of business.


It’s only right that the rear Factory Wheel has a black anodized aluminum sprocket to replicate the race team look. In addition, a golden chain looks the business and lasts way longer than a traditional chain.

Factory Skid Plate

Fitting neatly around the underside of the 250cc motor, the Factory Skid Plate offers incredible protection from rocks, roost, and will stop just about anything from damaging the motor out on the track. This carbon-reinforced engine shield extends around both sides of the motor. The clutch and ignition covers are well protected too.


Helping you grab the all-important holeshot, we’ve installed a Factory Start Device on the MC 250F Factory Edition. Lock it in, wait for the gate drop, then Get On The Gas!


Way bigger than the old design yet less likely to snag on deep ruts or catch the take off of jumps when scrubbing, the grippy footpegs provide riders with next-level control at all times.


The black NEKEN bars feature a comfortable, modern bend and are strong yet flexible with an oversized GASGAS branded bar pad covering the bar mounts. The choice is yours when it comes to positioning the bars exactly where you like them. In addition to two mounting positions, the bar mounts can be rubber-damped for reduced vibrations or fixed for a super-precise front-end feel. For extra comfort, the grey ODI Lock-On grips are super-soft and help prevent unwanted blisters.


Exclusive to the Factory Edition models is the smaller fuel tank. Now holding seven liters instead of almost eight, weight is saved by the smaller design and the reduced capacity. An additional benefit is slightly improved cooling as air now flows much more freely through the radiators.

Compact, light, and super durable, the Cylinder Head features finger followers that are finished with a Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) coating for minimal friction. The finger followers engage titanium valves to deliver maximum power, while the head gasket design improves sealing, especially in extreme conditions.


An 81mm cylinder houses a CP piston which together are incredibly lightweight and boost overall performance. The bridged-box-type piston is perfectly suited for high revving racers and built to last.


Lightweight and durable, the five-speed Gearbox is made by Pankl Racing Systems so you just know that it’s going to be good! In addition to being engineered for smooth shifting, a clever sensor engages a specific engine map that’s tailored for each gear, to deliver the best performance possible.


No GASGAS replica bike is complete without a Hinson Clutch Cover. Hard-anodized so it’ll look like new forever, it’s made from billet T-6 aircraft quality aluminum for next level strength and durability. It’s no wonder it’s found on so many factory bikes worldwide. Beneath the cover is a redesigned clutch basket matched to the gearbox.

Akrapovič Slip-On

Essential for building a factory racing replica dirt bike, the MC 250F Factory Edition is fitted with the latest version of the Akrapovič "Slip-On Line" silencer. Boosting power across the entire rev range and adding a significant amount more torque, it also saves weight over the stock system.


The MC 250F Factory Edition features a 44mm Keihin throttle body that repositions the injector to deliver the most efficient flow of fuel and air into the motor. And with a directly mounted throttle cable, instant response when getting on the gas is guaranteed!

Customize the power delivery to suit your style with the Map Select Switch. With a simple press of a button, you can choose from either the stock map for a smooth and controllable power delivery, or the aggressive map for those who like a harder hit. Using the switch, you’ll also be able to activate traction control for slippery circuits, launch control for nailing perfect starts, and the quickshifter for super-smooth upshifts, even when you’re wide open!


Ideal for heavy track conditions, the Quickshift allows for super-smooth upshifting from second gear upwards - even when wide open and without the need to use the clutch! It’s super easy to activate on the Map Select Switch and, well, it just works so, so well.


Getting you out in front at the start of every race, Launch Control delivers maximum traction from the moment you drop the clutch and Get On The Gas! To activate, simply press the traction control and quickshift buttons at the same time while the motor is idling then get ready to hold on tight!


When riding hardpack or other slippery circuits, activating Traction Control will make things so much easier. If the RPM picks up too quickly, it works by harnessing the power to maintain forward momentum, even in the slickest conditions.


Small, light, and super-fast at processing data, the Engine Management System (EMS) is hands down one of the most amazing parts of MC 250F Factory Edition. It integrates launch control, traction control, quickshift, the engine maps, the gear sensor, and even has a rollover sensor so if you have a big crash the engine will stop for an additional layer of safety.


Easy starting at the press of a button, every single time. That's all there is to it. You'll be amazed by how light the Li-Ion 2.0 Ah battery is, it's over a 1kg lighter than a conventional lead battery!


Riders can customize their Factory Edition dirt bike like never before when they link up the new Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO) with the GPS sensor and the GASGAS+ app on their smartphone. The app is loaded with features allowing the power delivery to be tailored to suit your style, engine braking can be adjusted, and you can even refine the sensitivity of the Quickshifter. Additionally, riders can input their weight and the app will show recommended suspension settings, which means less time in the pits, and more time on the track! And when you’re done riding, the Rider section of the app lets you analyze how you’ve ridden and how many laps you’ve done. And, it even logs your lap times and adds your fastest lap to a virtual leaderboard. Pretty cool, right?
