BAMBAM earned the brand's first AMA 450SX and 450MX victories Barcia initially joined the team and was equipped with the GASGAS MC 450F for the 2021 AMA Supercross season – incredibly winning their first 450SX Main Event together on debut in Houston! That maiden, history-making victory marked the inaugural time that GASGAS had won a Supercross Main Event. BAMBAM would then go on to earn three more indoor podium finishes that year – as well as fourth overall in the final 450SX standings – before delivering GASGAS its first victory in Pro Motocross at the Spring Creek National that same season via a 1-2 moto scorecard. Over the course of the four seasons that followed, Barcia would claim a haul of podium results both in Supercross and Pro Motocross, with another 450SX Main Event victory achieved at East Rutherford in 2023 onboard the GASGAS MC 450F Factory Edition model. The final race of the 2025 SuperMotocross World Championship (SMX) in Las Vegas on Saturday completed what was a hard-fought season for Rockstar Energy GASGAS Factory Racing, where Justin Barcia took ninth overall in the SMX Final and finished inside the top 10 at the conclusion of the post-season. An 11-9 scorecard for Justin Barcia in 450SMX Ryder DiFrancesco exits Las Vegas finale following Moto 1 scare BAMBAM concludes post-season inside the top 10 Barcia powered his GASGAS MC 450F Factory Edition to an 11th-place finish in the opening 450SMX race on what was a challenging circuit layout, with the hybrid nature of both Supercross and Pro Motocross adding a layer of complexity to the on-track action. Upon improving to ninth by the end of Moto 2 for the final checkered flag of the year, BAMBAM picked up P9 overall for the finale, and finished 10th in the 450SMX Championship standings. Justin Barcia: “Las Vegas was full on! The track had a bit of everything, which made it a tricky day for me. All-in-all, we did our best as usual, but our best wasn't quite good enough. A big thank you to everyone who has been part of this season – we tried our best all year, and we can hold our heads high knowing that we never gave up!" For Ryder D, he rocketed to fourth in 250SMX qualifying equipped with the GASGAS MC 250F Factory Edition, before comfortably featuring inside the top-five during the early stages of Moto 1. A scary impact unfortunately resulted in an early end to his night, as the Californian withdrew from Moto 2 and is set to undergo further evaluation this week. Results 450SMX Class – SMX Final 1. CONSISTENCY AGAIN FOR JUSTIN BARCIA AND RYDER D IN ST. LOUIS SMX

The second stop of the SuperMotocross World Championship (SMX) post-season in St. Louis marked another consistent weekend out for Rockstar Energy GASGAS Factory Racing teammates Justin Barcia and Ryder DiFrancesco, who will carry positive momentum into the Las Vegas SMX Final next Saturday night. Ryder DiFrancesco sets RED-hot 250SMX qualifying pace in P3 A 9-9 scorecard for Justin Barcia in the 450SMX division Double points were awarded this weekend in SMX Playoff 2! DiFrancesco rocketed to third onboard his GASGAS MC 250F Factory Edition in qualifying, with the circuit inside The Dome at America’s Center a unique blend of Supercross-style sections and fast-paced Pro Motocross obstacles. Challenging starts to each race ultimately hampered Ryder D’s results in claiming 13th overall, and the 20-year-old now sits ninth in the 250SMX point-standings with a single round remaining on the schedule. Ryder DiFrancesco: “My qualifying went really solid! I connected the track together really well and P3 was a comfortable pace for me. In the races, I just couldn’t get off the gate this weekend – it was a tough place to come through the pack. Going into next weekend, we’ll put our best foot forward for triple points! We’re still in ninth overall, so we’ll give it our best shot and see how it unfolds in Vegas.” For Barcia, he would power his GASGAS MC 450F Factory Edition to the ninth-fastest qualifying time, before racing to two ninth-place finishes in each 450SMX moto and collecting P11 overall for the round. BAMBAM is currently tied for 10th in the combined standings. Justin Barcia: “Practice went well in St. Louis so I had a pretty good gate pick, but got a bit pinched in the first moto off the start and then charged hard until the end. Better start in Moto 2, but I just battled around where I was at – everyone was riding really well today and it was difficult to pass. All-in-all, I’m looking forward to practicing this week, and then going out with a bang in Vegas!” Next Race: September 20 – Las Vegas, Nevada Results 450SMX Class – SMX Playoff 2 1.
